Proven results
One brand. Six months. Real numbers.

Six months in with our flagship client, a consumer fintech brand. Every number below is pulled directly from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio.

+153% Organic visits 6 months
+900% Referral AI traffic in 6 months
+1107% Non-branded organic clicks 6 months

These aren't projections. They're six months of compounding work on one brand: aligning SEO, GEO, YouTube, and content into a single strategy, measuring the right things, and cutting what wasn't moving the needle.

The non-branded click number is the one that matters most. That's new audiences finding the brand through organic search, not just people who already knew the name.

Growth didn't just add up, it compounded: views went from +27% in month one to +115% in month three, and watch time from +21% to +133%. Impressions grew 75% without the click-through rate slipping, so the reach came with relevance.

Over the full 90 days: impressions up 48% and net new subscribers up 52% against the 90 days before.

Subscriptions stack up.
Results don't.

An SEO platform here, a rank tracker there, a separate tool for YouTube and another for social. Each has its own dashboard and its own definition of success. None of them tells you which numbers to act on, so teams look busy, the numbers move, and the results don't follow.

Meanwhile the channels quietly work against each other. Paid search on your branded terms can suppress your organic rankings for those same terms. ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews pull from sources you don't know you're missing from. Reddit and YouTube shape what the AI engines say about you, with or without you in the room.

Most brands don't have a tools problem. They have a clarity and connection problem.

Without citable.in
  • 5+ disconnected tools, each with different metrics
  • Ad spend cannibalising organic rankings, undetected
  • AI search visibility: an afterthought or unknown
  • No single source of truth on what's actually working
The answer: measure, understand, act.

Tools stop at the score. Citable runs the whole loop: what the AI engines say about you, why they say it, and the work that changes it.

01 · Measure

Where you appear, prompt by prompt

For each prompt your customers ask, whether ChatGPT, AI Overviews, and AI Mode cite you, mention you, or leave you out, and which competitors they name instead. Tracked month on month, alongside your organic traffic.

02 · Understand

Why the engines say what they say

The sources the models cite for your category, the inaccurate or outdated claims they repeat about you, and a map of what your brand owns, rents, and borrows across the web.

03 · Act

The work, ready to ship

Drafts, briefs, fixes, and outreach targets for every channel, pressure-tested by the advisor before they reach your team.

One advisor. Two decades measuring what matters.

I'm Neeru Jain. For twenty years I built the measurement, AI, and go-to-market systems inside Amazon (including India payments: UPI), Google (Maps Trust and Information Quality), and Intuit (Go-To-Market Tech). Citable is where those threads converge, now run on a fleet of specialised agents with a human advisor in the loop on every call.

The brands that win on organic aren't the ones with the most tools. They're the ones who know exactly which three things to focus on this quarter, and are measuring them right.

Still paying for tools that don't talk to each other?

Let's fix that →
Common questions
Things people actually ask

Citable works with consumer brands in India: companies whose buyers research before they download, sign up, or buy, such as investing and trading apps, card products and premium consumer products. The sweet spot is a brand past early traction, spending on paid acquisition, that hasn't yet built an organic presence that compounds.

An SEO agency typically owns one channel and optimises within it. Citable looks across all your organic channels at once, finds where they conflict or disconnect, and builds a strategy where each channel feeds the next. It also covers GEO and AI search visibility, which most SEO agencies aren't equipped for yet, and focuses on the metrics that predict growth, not the ones that look good in a monthly report.

An advisory today, running on its own engine. Specialised agents measure AI visibility, map the sources AI engines cite, and draft the work for each channel, and a human advisor directs every run. Clients see the results in the citable signal dashboard. The engine is explained in full at citable.in/engine.

Paid ads give faster results, but only while you're paying for them. The moment you stop, the traffic stops. Organic growth is slower to build but doesn't switch off. And paid and organic often work against each other: ads on your branded keywords can suppress your organic rankings for those same terms. The question isn't paid vs. organic. It's whether you're building something that lasts alongside what you're spending today.

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimisation: building your brand's presence in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode. When a buyer asks "which app is best for trading options" or "which credit card is best for travel", they increasingly get an answer from AI, not a list of blue links. GEO is about making sure your brand is in that answer, described accurately, and backed by the sources the engines trust.

Both, and execution is the point. Citable owns the strategy, hands your team day-one blueprints (video scripts, Reddit thread outlines, copy briefs), and pressure-tests what comes back. What Citable doesn't do is point the camera: your team or creators shoot, edit, and post. The tool tells you the score. Someone still has to play the game.

Your SEO agency is likely doing good work within its lane. That lane usually doesn't cover GEO, AI search visibility, YouTube discoverability, or Reddit and Instagram, and it rarely accounts for how your paid strategy interacts with your organic rankings. Citable sits above your existing agencies and tools, connecting what they do into one system and flagging where they work against each other.

Organic growth is not a switch you flip. The first 4 to 6 weeks are typically audit and strategy. Meaningful movement shows up in months 2 to 3. The compounding effects, where organic becomes a genuine revenue driver, build over 6 to 12 months. Our flagship client's six-month numbers are in the results section above, and we'll be honest about what's realistic for your situation from the first call.
