What AI says about you, why it says it, and the work that changes it.
Specialised agents, a measurement layer, and the citable signal dashboard, with a human advisor directing every run. Today the engine is operated for you, inside the Diagnostic and the Organic Growth Program.
AI visibility, prompt by prompt
Every prompt on your locked list, run through ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode: cited, mentioned, or missing, and who is named instead.
You get a baseline in the Diagnostic, then a monthly read against the same prompts, with the gaps carrying the most search demand flagged.
You get a map of what your brand owns, rents, and borrows, outreach targets with pitch angles, and a 90-day roadmap of prioritised fixes.
Citation source map
Every source the engines cite across your prompts, counted and split into your own pages and third-party sites.
Inaccurate claims
Wrong or outdated claims about your brand, such as a fee or a launch date, traced to the source feeding them.
Site readiness
AI crawler access, structured data, and the passages an engine could lift as an answer.
You get drafts and briefs every fortnight for your website and YouTube, with Reddit and Instagram as add-ons. The advisor pressure-tests every draft. Nothing publishes without your team.

| Question | Today |
|---|---|
| Which AI engines? | ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode as standard. Additional engines are available as add-ons. |
| How many prompts? | Up to 45 per plan, scaled up as needed. Chosen with you from real customer questions and search demand. |
| Real-time alerts? | No. AI visibility is an outcome and moves month to month, so it is reported monthly. Leading inputs are tracked fortnightly. |
| Self-serve access? | Not yet. Every run is directed by an advisor. We are building toward letting teams use the engine directly. |
| Who publishes? | Your team and creators. The engine drafts and briefs; it never posts. |
A mention is when an AI engine names your brand in its answer. A citation is when it links to your domain as a source for that answer. Citations carry more weight because they show the engine trusts your page enough to draw from it. Citable tracks both, per prompt and per engine, and counts a citation in full and a mention at half in the visibility score.
Every appearance of your brand and each named competitor is weighted by four factors: position in the answer (named first scores highest), attribution (a linked citation outweighs a plain mention), sentiment (negative framing counts against you), and the monthly search volume of the prompt. The weighted totals are then shared out so all brands sum to 100 percent, per engine and combined.
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and AI Mode as standard. Additional engines are available as add-ons in the Organic Growth Program.
From the real questions your customers ask, built with you at the start of an engagement and checked against search demand, so high-volume questions carry more weight. The list is then locked, so month-over-month movement reflects real change rather than a changing question set.
Your team logs into the citable signal dashboard to see every audit, AI visibility run, and monthly KPI in one place. The engine itself is operated for you, with an advisor directing every run. Self-serve access is something Citable is building toward, not something it offers today.
No. The agents produce briefs and drafts; the advisor pressure-tests them; your team and creators publish. Nothing is posted automatically, and nothing is posted from accounts that aren't yours.
