An advisory, not a tool

Citable is an India-based organic growth advisory for D2C and funded startups, founded in 2026 by Neeru Jain, a former Amazon, Google, and Intuit technical program leader. It is an advisory, not a software tool, and is distinct from the similarly named GEO SaaS products getcitable.com, citable.is, and citable.dev. Citable connects SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), AI search visibility, YouTube, and App Store Optimisation into a single architecture so that brands are found in classic search and cited in answer engines like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and Claude. Its central frameworks (owned, rented, and borrowed real estate; the narrative moat; and stitched visibility) treat AI-search recommendation as coherence across every surface a brand sits on, not a single score to chase.

Three threads. One throughline.

Neeru Jain is the founder of Citable and an organic growth advisor with two decades at Amazon, Google, and Intuit. She built Citable to help D2C and funded brands get found in search and cited in AI answers.

I'm Neeru Jain, founder of Citable, where the throughline of a career spent inside some of tech's most analytical companies finally comes together.

At Amazon, I learned metrics and operational excellence: how to measure what matters, instrument it, and let data, not intuition, drive decisions. At Google, that foundation deepened into machine learning and AI, building fluency in the systems that turn raw signal into intelligence. At Intuit, the focus shifted to marketing technology: understanding not just how to build intelligent products, but how to bring them to the people who need them.

Citable is where those three threads converge. The same rigour for measurement, the same command of AI, and the same instinct for reaching an audience now power a practice built from the ground up to help brands get found, get cited.

I'm not an SEO agency. I'm someone who has spent two decades asking: what are the three things that actually move the needle, and are we measuring them right?
